2. Account Registration and Security

When you register with kb666, you create a single, personal account that is your sole responsibility to maintain and secure. The following obligations apply to all registered players.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. kb666 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect these credentials.
• You must notify kb666 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your password has been compromised.
• kb666 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or in response to a KYC request may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kb666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kb666 reserves the right to set or change minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. kb666 does not accept third-party deposits. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are accepted for BDT deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. kb666 does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account than the source of the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes to a few hours. Larger withdrawals or those that trigger additional verification may take up to one business day under normal operating conditions.
• kb666 does not charge internal withdrawal fees. Standard mobile financial service transaction fees charged by your provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply separately and are outside kb666's control.

kb666 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any identity verification, KYC, or responsible gaming review. Where a withdrawal is withheld for compliance reasons, kb666 will communicate the reason and required steps to the player via registered contact details within a reasonable period.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kb666 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be credited or reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• kb666 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before its expiry, any eligible un-wagered bonus balance will be removed from the account.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using technical exploits to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

kb666 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, third-party software, bot, script, or automated tool.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing information, coordinating bets, or manipulating live odds.
• Using a stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment method to fund your account. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name.
• Any conduct that kb666, in its reasonable discretion, determines to constitute money laundering, match fixing, or any other form of financial crime or fraud.

Where kb666 reasonably suspects a breach of these Fair Play terms, it may suspend the relevant account and withhold associated funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, kb666 may close the account permanently and forfeit all balances without further obligation.

6. Responsible Gaming

kb666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping players maintain healthy habits. The Platform is strictly for adult entertainment (21+) and is not a source of income or financial security. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-outs: Players may set a session time limit that will log them out automatically after the specified duration, helping to manage playing time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption of service. kb666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be held liable for any service outages, technical faults, or delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including third-party payment processing delays, network failures, or acts of God.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kb666's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, kb666's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Amendments to These Terms

kb666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, kb666 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. Any wagers placed prior to the effective date of an amendment remain governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the wager was placed.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kb666 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution process. kb666 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player complaints.
